Our stay was wonderful ! Marcella n Fabio are fantastic hosts! The breakfast was tasty. The bird watching is second to none! Fabio is a walking bird encyclopedia !! Definitely recommend the morning bird tour with Fabio.Rooms have private balconies and very quiet setting!

This is one of the best places in the country that combines accommodation and the best breakfast while enjoying the beauty of birdwatching. The hosts Marcela and Fabio are the best. This place is a gem, a hidden paradise for birders and photographers alike. It's most definitely our favourite place.

We were sad to only have one night here. It was a fabulous location with a large and comfortable deck on which we could enjoy our meals and watch the birds. The atmosphere at the accommodation is very special: friendly, welcoming and relaxed. They were also extremely helpful about our travel arrangements (traveling by bus), providing guidance and timings.
They've put their hearts and a lot of thought into creating this lovely accommodation, with birding guides, locally produced art, soap and are generous in sharing their knowledge and experience. The local star, the yellow eared toucanet, graced us with several visits.

Excellent location, excellent hosts and excellent for bird watching. Very beautiful and quiet place on a hill in the nature, 10 minutes from the village. I would definitely recommend the place. Our top place in our trip to Costa Rica so far.
